Our project managers oversee our projects from bidding to completion of construction in a pro-active manner to ensure projects run as efficiently as possible. Our project managers facilitate contract documents, schedules and change orders.

Our superintendents provide full time supervision on the jobsite. This allows us to expedite the project schedule,manage quality control and coordination between our subcontractors, building engineers, building managers, andtenants. Our superintendents are experienced, and always courteous and professional.

EMA's General Contracting experience spans from educational facility TI, entertainment TI, retail TI, industrial TI, medical TI, office TI, fitness/gym TI and restaurant TI, EMA's project management and field team brings years of field, office and documentation experience to each project. In EMA we pride ourselves in providing a "select" PM and field team for each client and each project. Our contract and administration team handles all preliminary steps of bidding projects,subcontractor documents, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Human Resources, Marketing and Insurance.We provide all administrative support for our Project Management Team. Our administrative staff have variousexperience ranging from Construction, Real Estate, Title Services, Corporate Finance, Sales and Customer Service.
